Travel: a layover in Melbourne

We had quite a long layover in Melbourne and couldn’t pass up the chance to visit. Even the 90 degree weather could put us off.

Although it certainly slowed me down. But you see more when you don’t hurry .

And it made a stop inside a cool stone cathedral quite inviting. We were so lucky to happen in when the organist was practicing. 

I’ve never seen painted pipes before. Their beauty was a match for the music. 

My son Ethan is traveling with me and had never been in a cathedral before. 

We both appreciated the carvings, the music, and the structure just as much as we lived the fan we found to sit in front of .
