A Better World: Heroes Working for the Greater Good

I’ve been absent here because … well, life. But Life has been wonderfully full and busy and good with many art related things. I’ve just returned from the International Quilt Festival where I taught a few classes (just enough to cover my expenses) then hosted the special exhibit premiere that Susan Brubaker Knapp and I curated.

For three days Susan and I stood at the exhibit, had many conversations with our viewers, and hosted a number of “Gallery Walks” where we took groups through the exhibit explaining some of the works. We were delighted to have many of the artists there at different times of the day, talking about their work.
